Marzipan’s team possesses market leading development expertise in the energy sector, combined with an industry-leading track record of funding their own, and acquired, development portfolios.

Targeted pipeline

Marzipan is focussed on building a targeted pipeline of renewable energy assets in key locations across the UK, primarily focussed on BESS and solar PV. Marzipan is structured to work with multiple funding parties, which allows Marzipan to engage with a broad range of development partners, allowing for a bespoke development and exit strategy.

Our goal

Marzipan’s goal is to consolidate the UK development sector at a time when a significant acceleration in renewables and BESS deployment is required for the UK to hit its climate targets. The grid connection queue is bloated with stalled projects which they may never be able to progress and deliver.

Investor-ready projects

In addition to progressing its own targeted development pipeline,
Marzipan is partnering with developers
of viable projects in the connection queue. Projects will be properly financed
and progressed through the development cycle to the point they become
investor-ready projects for construction and operation.
